[ Our Mission ]
I invite you to become students of your events. Running, one might say, is basically an absurd past-time upon which to be exhausting ourselves. But if you can find meaning, in the kind of running you have to do to stay on this team, chances are you will be able to find meaning in another absurd past-time: life.

Momentum was a feeling I chased throughout my career and the foundation of every one of my top performances. It’s hard to put into words, but when you find that rhythm, both physically and mentally, everything just clicks. Training, recovery, mindset… it all aligns, and you can feel yourself building toward something special.
That’s why Momentum felt like the perfect name for the next chapter in my journey: Momentum Running.
My goal is for Momentum Running to become the premier development pathway in the country for middle and long distance athletes, not just in performance, but in connection. A space where like-minded runners train together in a supportive, high performance environment. Where athletes push each other to be their best, build lasting friendships, and grow through the shared experience of chasing personal and collective goals.
It’s about creating a foundation, not only for opportunities with NCAA programs or elite groups like Fast 8 Track Club, but for a lifelong love of the sport and the people it brings together.
I know how tough this sport can be. My hope is to make that journey just a little bit easier, and a whole lot more rewarding.
