3 in-person sessions per week.
Weekly and monthly training structure.
Tracking and careful progression of training loads.
Competition planning and season structure.
Access to allied medical and physiotherapist professionals.
Collaboration with professionals on injury and rehabilitation plan.
High performance support (recovery, nutrition etc) where appropriate.
Support with NCAA college pathway where appropriate.
After spending time in many different training environments, I look differently at what the optimal training load is for developing young athletes.
Through coaching, I hope to give athletes the knowledge and skills to have autonomy over their training, as well as develop characteristics of resilience, discipline and motivation that will set them up for success in life.
